DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
I am a provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of NE, Wellmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Midlands Choice, Aetna, Medicare and Healthsmart. Your coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services are based on your insurance plan. I recommend contacting your insurance company to determine your mental health benefits.
I provide out-of-network rates if I am not paneled on your insurance plan.
Telehealth sessions are covered by most insurance providers. I recommend checking with your insurance company to determine your benefits. Telehealth is completed via a HIPPA compliant platform in order to protect your privacy and confidentiality. This technology is provided at no cost to my clients.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
I accept credit cards, checks and cash and request co-pays at the time of sessions. Balances are billed on a monthly basis.
HOW LONG ARE APPOINTMENTS?
Sessions are typically 55 minutes in length. Missed appointments or cancellations without 24-hour notice will result in a no-show or late cancellation fee.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT THE FIRST APPOINTMENT?
The first session focuses on information gathering while we become acquainted. I welcome questions! If time permits, we will begin to develop a collaborative treatment plan.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
Tuesday and Thursday 2 pm - 8 pm and Saturdays 8 am - 5 pm for adults 19 years and older. Children are seen at my Children's Behavioral Health location (402-955-3900).
WHAT IS PSYPACT?
The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) is an interstate compact designed to facilitate the practice of telepsychology across state boundaries. Participating states include Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Nevada, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, Pennsylvania, Virginia (effective 1/1/2021), and North Carolina (effective 3/1/2021). This means I am permitted to conduct telehealth with clients located in participating states.
