DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

I am a provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of NE, Wellmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Midlands Choice, Aetna, Cigna, and Healthsmart. Your coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services are based on your insurance plan. I recommend contacting your insurance company to determine your mental health benefits.  

 

I provide out-of-network rates if I am not paneled on your insurance plan. 

Telehealth sessions are covered by most insurance providers.  I recommend checking with your insurance company to determine your benefits.  Telehealth is completed via a HIPAA compliant platform in order to protect your privacy and confidentiality.  This technology is provided at no cost to ​my clients.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

I accept credit cards, checks and cash and request co-pays at the time of sessions.  Balances are to be paid on a monthly basis.

HOW LONG ARE APPOINTMENTS?

Sessions are typically 55 minutes in length.  Missed appointments or cancellations without 24-hour notice will result in a no-show or late cancellation fee.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT THE FIRST APPOINTMENT?

The first session focuses on information gathering while we become acquainted. I welcome questions!  If time permits, we will begin to develop a collaborative treatment plan.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

Monday through Thursday with evening hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Saturdays 8 am - 5 pm.

WHAT IS PSYPACT?

The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) is an interstate compact designed to facilitate the practice of telepsychology across state boundaries.
