DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
I am a provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of NE, Wellmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Midlands Choice, Aetna, Medicare, United Healthcare and Healthsmart. Your coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services are based on your insurance plan. I recommend contacting your insurance company to determine your mental health benefits. If I am not a provider for your insurance plan, you will be charged the full fee for sessions and can seek reimbursement at your plan's out-of-network rate.
Telehealth sessions are covered by some insurance providers. I recommend checking with your insurance company to determine your benefits. Telehealth is completed via a HIPPA compliant platform in order to protect your privacy and confidentiality. The technology is provided at no cost to my clients.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
I accept credit cards, checks and cash and require full payment at the time of sessions.
HOW LONG ARE APPOINTMENTS?
The intake session is 55 minutes. Subsequent sessions are typically 55 minutes in length. 30-40 minutes sessions are utilized as needed, often toward the conclusion of treatment. Missed appointments or cancellations without 24-hour notice will result in a no-show or late cancellation fee.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT THE FIRST APPOINTMENT?
The first session focuses on information gathering while we become aquainted. I welcome questions! If time permits, we will begin to develop a collaborative treatment plan.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
Wednesday and Thursday 2:30 pm - 8 pm and Saturdays 8 am - 5 pm for adults 19 years and older. Children are seen at my Children's Behavioral Health location (402-955-3900).
