Body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs) include hair pulling (trichotillomania), nail biting/picking, skin picking, lip/cheek biting, tongue chewing. These and other BFRBs are much more common - and treatable - than you may think!
The TLC Foundation for Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors helps end isolation and shame for people experiencing hair pulling, skin picking, nail biting, cheek biting, and associated behaviors.
BFRB Changemakers NFP collaborates with other US-based and International BFRB advocacy non-profits/charities to support and amplify community healing for people suffering with hair pulling (trichotillomania), skin picking (dermatillomania), and other Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors.
