Fee Schedule for Clients Using Insurance
If I am paneled on your insurance, fees are billed to your insurance company. You are responsible for the amount insurance does not cover. I submit the same fee regardless of the insurance carrier; what I am allowed to collect changes from carrier to carrier. I write off any amount billed that is above what your insurance will reimburse. I encourage you to contact your insurance carrier to check on your specific plan regarding any deductible, co-payments, etc.
You will receive an invoice monthly for the amount you owe after insurance has been processed.

Self-Pay Fee Schedule
This is the fee schedule for clients who opt not to use insurance or for whom I am not an insurance provider. You may have the opportunity for therapy costs to be reimbursed from your HSA, HRA, and/or FSA, or as out-of-network claims to your insurance company depending on your plan (contact your insurance company for details). I am happy to provide session statements which you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.

Self-pay fees are due at the time of sessions and may be paid via cash, check or credit card.
